Dillon Conway is a Division I Safety at Eastern Illinois University, continuing a football journey grounded in discipline, preparation, and competitive excellence. A graduate of Mount Carmel High School in Chicago, Dillon contributed during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, helping the Caravan secure two IHSA state championships while developing a strong foundation in assignment-sound defense, physical play, and team accountability.
Since joining Eastern Illinois University in 2024, Dillon has continued to grow at the collegiate level, recording 30 total tackles (16 solo), 1 interception, and 1 fumble recovery across the 2024–2025 seasons, while contributing on both defense and special teams. He is known as a high-effort, coachable safety with strong football IQ, reliable tackling, situational awareness, and a team-first mindset that consistently shows up in game preparation and execution.
